'The Green Inferno' Trailer Brings the Fear back into Eli Roth's Films

Director of Cabin Fever and Hostel Eli Roth is ready to deliver his next hard-hitting horror film come September 5th, focusing on a group that crash-land and are taken by a group of cannibals deep in the Amazon.

The Green Inferno follows a group of student activists who from New York City travel to the Amazon to protect a dying tribe, but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they saved.

I you weren't aware of the hype before, then after viewing the trailer you will certainly know about it as it is extremely promising and looks to dominate the horror of 2014; hopefully anyways. Check out the trailer below.

Frantically Fascinating New 'The Green Inferno' Poster Delves in Our Attention

The Green Inferno follows a group of student activists who from New York City travel to the Amazon to protect a dying tribe, but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they saved.

Bloody Disgusting will be getting their hands on the first trailer which will show on Friday, but for now keep your eye on this poster as it is interesting and visually stimulating enough to make me excited for this trailer release come Friday. There hasn't been much word around The Green Inferno, but from the reviews that have already came in, it is pictured to be one of Roth's best pieces of work to date.

You excited? Well the release should happen in September 5th so I'm sure you can wait it until summer has come to an end right? Check out the poster below!

'Kristy' Trailer Looks to Bring Back Golden Slasher Action

Kristy, the slasher that has been hiding in production for a long time is finally moving forward with its release, and from the release of the trailer you know that's progress. I love slasher films, and although it doesn't make much to make me hate my fair share of them, I think Kristy looks very interesting; almost tapping into Scream, You're Next and the most recent The Den. If it blends all them slashers together i'm sure that you would discover a real gem, and that's what Kristy looks, like a slasher gem.

Maybe it won't be, I could be extremely wrong, but from what the trailer shows it looks both creepy and a lot of fun; two nice elements in making a quality slasher.

[Blogathon] Favorite Movie Titles A - Z

Brittani (host of the fascinating blog Rambling Film) has created her first Blogathon, and although this is my first time doing one as its her first making one, I thought I would give it a try, simply because the idea is so simple and so interesting. The idea is basic; you go through the alphabet naming your favourite movie title (you don't have to like the film just the title) with each letter of the alphabet from A to Z. My take on it however is that I will go through naming only horror movies. Got it? Good.

Still want to know more? Here are the rules:
1) Going through the alphabet, list your favorite movie title beginning with each letter.

2) You don't have to necessarily like the movie to use it's title.

3) Use the banner at the top of this post in yours.

4) Please have submissions in by Friday, May 23rd. (But I'll be honest, if you send them to me after that date, I'll still add them to my post.)

AMC Releases First Official 'The Walking Dead: Season 5' Image!

Filming of Season 5 had just recently begun, and whether this was from the stars posting through Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, they made sure their fans knew what was going on. AMC hopped on the same wagon and release the first official image from Season 5, and already it is getting me excited for October.

Images are Released for Upcoming Anthology Sequel 'ABC's of Death 2'

Magnet Release and Drafthouse Films have finally released some new imagery from the upcoming anthology sequel ABC's of Death 2; and already, it looks like a hell of a big improvement over its woeful proceeder.

Although 26 dark tails are what lay ahead for the sequel, Bloody Disgusting only got their hands on three images, and all three are enigmatic enough to make me a little excited for what lays ahead. The line-up is as impressive as Jen & Sylvia Soska (American Mary), E.L Katz (Cheap Thrills), Marcus Dunstan (The Collection) and Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo (Inside, Livid)
